Google has not said how they intend to use  ITA,except by commenting that they'd honour all of ITA'S previous  commitments;most notably service agreements with microsoft's Bing,a part from the more obivious Kayak and Orbitz.

Battle For  Social Networking For Highest Authority/Power:Google vs.facebook

Just when people had started using Face-book and Google as  the two internet giants,it appears that Google will attempt to pull the ground from under Facebook's feet,by launching a new social networking services of its own called "Google Me" and simuntaneously rope in the famed services of Zynga, the social gaming developer of facebook fame. This news comes after TechCrunch's reports that Google has pumped in between $100m to $200m into Zynga.

Zynga has been doing rounds on Facebook, growing in stature and popularity with such hot games like Farm ville and Mafia Wars.Everybody is amazed by the company's potential, with the current estimates pegging Zynga's 2011 revenue at $1 billion.Google's internet in Zynga seems obvious, for Google Games with Zynga's experties will give them a hold on the social gaming sphere, and open up another battel front with the social net-working behemoth-Face-book.

Mean while, conjecture has it  that the new Google Me services will be an enchanced, and more integrated version of the current Google Pro-files.To support this, there's also news that Google Buzz's  lead Developer ,Rick Klau,is now working on Google Profiles.

A move like this, really emphasizes how much Google wants to domainate the social networking space, and they certainly do have potential, if Gmail, Docs ,Maps, calender,Orkut and even search are properly integrated .Although, out playing Facebook in the own backyard would be easier said than done .Not to forget the bungled launch of Google Buzz!
